In addition to digital photography, I also shoot on 35mm and 120 medium format film. I also have a darkroom setup in my basement so I can develop black and white film and prints at home.
My uncle recently gifted me my grandfather's Yashica A that he bought in the late 50's. My uncle then received it in 1983 and has passed it along to me. I don't have many family heirlooms, so to me it is fascinating and an honor to take photos with a camera thats been in our family for 65 years. It is my first medium format camera but I already find myself enamored by this film.
Below is the first roll of 120 film that I've developed myself. Ilford HP5+
Photos taken in or near Kivik, Sweden. November 2025.
All black and white photos below are developed in Adox D76 developer under normal conditions.
